Sebastian Horne is a chiropractor joining Proactive Chiropractic and Sports Injury Clinic team in August 2026.

Sebastian's interest in chiropractic grew from a lifelong fascination with human anatomy, how each structure functions individually and works together to support movement and performance. As a sportsman himself, he saw first-hand the vital role chiropractors play in injury recovery, rehabilitation, and ongoing care, which set him on the path to a career in the field.

He graduated from the University of South Wales in 2026 with a Masters in Chiropractic, and has built on this with further qualifications in sports massage, dry needling, taping, and shockwave therapy.

Sebastian spent a year with the Cardiff Devils Ice Hockey team, working closely with Kathryn and gaining first-hand experience of elite-level injuries, high time pressures, and fast-paced rehabilitation.

He has a particular passion for working with sports athletes of all standards, from weekend recreational players to professionals, as well as anyone motivated to improve their health and return to fitness.

Outside of the clinic, Sebastian is an avid lacrosse and field hockey player, having represented Wales at the 2026 European Box Lacrosse Championships in Prague. He's also a keen ice hockey fan, supporting both the Cardiff Devils and the Bristol Pitbulls.
