One Year At The Vindico Arena

On 4th November 2025, Proactive Chiropractic and Sports Injury Clinic celebrated its One Year Anniversary at our clinic in the Vindico Arena.

Proactive began on 4th May 2023, with our Principal Chiropractor, Kathryn, working out of one room in Posibl CrossFit. From the start, Kathryn established Proactive as a clinic that provided high quality, evidence-based approaches to care for our patients, and this has seen the clinic go from strength to strength.

A few words from Kathryn on the acquisition of the Arena clinic:

“I think the clinic had grown immensely since we opened. The goal was, and still is, to provide excellent care to our patients and to do so across multiple areas; it could be Chiropractic, Sports Massage, Physio, Gym Training, Women’s Health. When the opportunity to purchase a new clinic came up, I saw it as a chance to get us closer to that goal and to allow us to help patients in more areas, I immediately jumped at the chance. The clinic was originally FunctionFirst, run by Jade Parsons, and when I contacted her about the opportunity to buy the clinic, I was that mix of excited and nervous. It all got done rather quickly but it was the best decision we could have made to carry on the growth of Proactive. The clinic at the Vindico Arena has allowed us to expand, bring in new practitioners and help more people than we could have with one room.”

The opening of our clinic at the Vindico Arena has been a significant step forward in expanding the range and quality of care we can offer. This new space has allowed us to introduce a wider variety of treatment options, including electrical stimulation (e-stim) and Shockwave Therapy. These services have improved our ability to support patients to manage pain and work through their rehabilitation.

Beyond our clinical growth, we have also been fortunate to partner with local businesses and sports teams who share our passion for health and wellbeing. Through these collaborations, we have been able to connect with a broader community, delivering care and education that helps more people live better everyday.
