Here at Proactive Chiropractic and Sports Injury Clinic, we aim to provide you with Chiropractic care as accessible and stress-free as possible. That is why were are pleased to confirm that we accept insurance from several major health providers, including:

If you hold a health insurance policy with any of the above companies, your sessions may be covered depending on your individual policy. You may also be able to claim the cost of your session back through Cash Plans, if applicable.
